McGraw / O'Grady PI Series

Roberto McGraw - of Mexican and Scottish descent, born into a family of Early California heritage, established PI in Temecula California, is unprepared for the fiery red headed temper of Jessica O'Grady.

Jessica O'Grady - Also a pilot and a PI, works for an established firm in Santa Monica, CA and is not about to be enticed into marriage, but does agree to move in with Roberto. Roberto suspects she just wants to be close to Spade. 

Spade - as in 'Black as the Ace of .. ', Roberto's all-black Great Dane fell in love with Jessie at first sight. He is definitely a part of the team and aids in the investigations as only he can.

Born in Mexico, Danny Motola utilizes his knowledge of the language and customs to bring this series to life, and Maureen's love for The Sea brings you the smells and sounds of the waves as that Baja Feeling washes over you. Both Danny and Maureen are licensed pilots and sailors and scuba divers, and have spent many adventurous vacations cruising and flying in Baja. They take you with them on flying and boating expeditions and bring to you their love of The Sea of Cortez, the setting for their first three novels in the McGraw / O'Grady PI series.
